Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout, based on weight, package dimensions and shipping destination. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method.
For large volume orders requiring palletization (over $2000 value), shipping rates can be quoted by your sales rep, or you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote.
International orders: customers are subject to additional custom duties or clearance fees once the package reaches their local country. Straws and Stuff is no responsible for these additional taxes or duties, this is the responsibility of the customer. You can contact your local customs office in advance if you would like additional information.
Canada standard shipping rates apply to the continental Canada and calculated at checkout, and customer can select shipping service. Shipping rates are calculated based on the Canada Post rates.
USA standard shipping rates apply to the continental USA excluding Alaska. When shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, the rates are calculated at checkout, and customer can select shipping service.
International orders to the rest of the world are shipped using either Canada Post and the customer is responsible for verifying the correct address at checkout. If your country is not currently approved for international shipping, please email us at email@example.com. The countries we choose to ship to are decided at our own discretion and typically determined by service reliability.
Order processing and fulfillment promise:
We fulfill orders Monday to Friday. We strive to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, subject to public holidays. If your order was placed on Friday, we can not guarantee it will ship before the weekend and it may ship Monday.
Shipping transit time:
Shipping times are estimated from the time your order is fulfilled (see above), not at the time the order is placed. Once the carrier picks up your order or when it is delivered to their freight facility, we can not guarantee the transit time listed at check out. This is an estimate and is out of our control once the carrier has the package.
Carriers do their best to meet the shipping deadlines but orders can be delayed due to many factors.
If your package is late to arrive or you feel as though it is taking longer than promised, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Most packages arrive on time. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries but we do our best to assist you with any carrier issues.
Tracking your package:
An automatic email will be sent to your email on file when the shipping label is created.
When a shipping label is created for your order, we will email tracking information to your email on file.
You will periodically receive tracking updates, once the order ships, when it is out for delivery, and when it gets delivered. If you are not receiving notifications, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you add our email address to your contact list
